Military Deployment Exercises
DCAT partners with some of the countries leading experts in deployed assets and can work with you to provide a full military Operations Base to a lone mobile command post trailer for a local fair. Deployed Communications can provide Rentals on all aspects of the deployment from Handheld Radios and repeaters to on site command post, sleeping quarters, large area PA systems and other support services.
DCAT with it's partners have designed and deployed a wide range of communications in support of the National Guard's XCTC training exercises. DCAT has provide over the years, exercise support communications services with as many as 16 radio channels and 150 two-way radios in the field. DCAT has also provide tactical support services, including providing high-speed digital data and Internet backhaul to as many as eleven operational and tactical areas spread out over more that 14 miles of the training location with the majority of them being in remote wilderness areas.
Safe use of realistic exercise effects requires instant control of their staging and use by Operational and Support staff.
This requires the deployment of field communications in large areas that may not have infrastructure to support them. Deployed Communications can provide this deployable or permanent infrastructure for you exercise, disaster or special event.

Tactical Data Support
The reliance on data in the field is not only now a military requirement but a necessary form of operational support for all special events or public safety responses in today's world of technology. For the Wisconsin Army National Guards 2009 XTCT at Fort Blanding FL, Deployed Communications provided portable towers and microwave equipment to link 5 Forward Operations Bases to the Command area with their tactical high-speed data network and Talk-Net Radio over IP. DCAT also provided 10mb of Wi-Fi access for troop recreation and E-mail access at the FOB's mess tents.
The State did not have their mobile satellite units for the exercise and needed a data transport solution for there newly deployed system, also for the first time on a large scale exercise 135 VoIP phones were deployed to 9 locations to provide tactical, support and operational communications between the Command area, TOC, FOB's, Support units, DSN and POTS lines.
